Hi! I’m Jack, a BACP therapist helping
your son get back to his happy self.
Traditional support doesn’t reflect
how boys naturally engage.

Steady Minds Course (8 weeks)
-
This is the foundation of ‘Steady Minds’. Two hours split into 12 engaging videos covering: anger, anxiety, mood swings, sadness, criticism, loneliness, social media, family dynamics, body image, masculinity, school pressure, friendships.
The Goal
Each video contains a different extended metaphor, and a singular tip to conquer the topic in question. The aim is to give your son the knowledge and control so that he is less overwhelmed by his emotions. All of the videos point towards the same fundamental truth: your son’s feelings are not coming from the outside world (school, friends, parents, social media), they are actually coming from his inside world (his mind) which he can learn to control.
The Shift
As the weeks go on and his understanding deepens your son will become less pushed around by the ever changing external elements in his life. You can expect less outbursts, unreasonable behaviour, and a fundamental shift in his outlook.

What Parents Are Saying
My Background
Since qualifying as a person-centred counsellor (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy), I realised that the majority of young people do not get the most from a traditional therapeutic setting! I since launched my activity based sessions which have been a hit with young people. For more details about my qualifications and background, CLICK HERE.

The Bigger Picture
The manosphere is rising because many boys feel lost and crave certainty. Online voices step in with bold answers, even when the messages are unhealthy. Boys aren’t seeking anger — they’re seeking direction. That’s why positive male role models are essential. When boys see men who combine strength with empathy and responsibility, they learn healthier ways to handle pressure and identity.
