  • ‘Sandwich’ communication before and after sessions to ensure the best possible support:

  • Before sessions - exchanging voice notes to find out what your son has been struggling with in the preceding weeks

  • After sessions - I send a detailed follow up voice note to convey anything specific we might have worked on
